• ⚖️ Rights and Obligations: Responsibilities of both the lender and borrower, including penalties for missed payments.

• Earn more than $1500 per month.
• Be employed for at least 3 months;
• Be a Quebec resident;
• Be paid by direct deposit in a Canadian bank;
• Not have an excess of NSF payments in the account;
• Don't have too high a level of short-term debt;
• Not about to declare bankruptcy or to enter into a consumer proposal
